HELP COMES IN MANY WAYS
The NVVFD Auxiliary is an invaluable arm of the Fire Department supporting the Fire Company and First Aid Squad providing on-scene support during major emergencies.
Make a positive impact.
We support the Fire Department in fundraising events such as the Steak & Lobster, Wine Tasting Event, Annual Country Auction, preparing the stockings, acting as Santa's elves for Operation Santa, and supporting the Memorial Day Parade. In addition, we have our own fundraising events: the Election Day Bake Sales, All You Can Eat BBQ, and Sip N Shop. Over the years, the funds we raised were used to purchase jackets, CO2 monitors for the First Aid Squad, thermal imaging infrared cameras, life preservers, and flippers for ice water rescue for the Fire Company.
